Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time. International shipping is available to select countries — international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Track your shipment anytime via the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your account.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@mslate.rocks with your order number and photos. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please request return authorization before shipping anything back.

How to Return an Item

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mslate.rocks with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We'll send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
